Social Connection Project

A globally leading self-service ticketing platform for live experiences approached Frontier Design to help craft an evidence-based partnership strategy and identifying candidate partner nonprofits for their social connection initiative, aimed at destigmatizing social isolation and alleviating feelings of loneliness amongst BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ GenZ (18-25 year olds) in USA.

Goals

  • Make partnership programming recommendations

  • Recommend best practices for pursuing partnerships

How might we establish a selection criteria that aligned with the client's leading position as a live event ticketing platform to identify suitable domestic non-profit partners to co-design and execute nationwide live programming aimed at catalyzing social connection and empowering youth from marginalized communities?

Frontier Design prepared a document sharing evidence-based and research-backed recommendations for the client’s non-profit partnership strategy, selection criteria, proposed project focus and programme budgeting.
